Section 50 & Section 278 Works on behalf of Walsall Housing Association

A busy few weeks for our team in Birmingham carrying out section 50 & section 278 works on behalf of Walsall Housing Association.

We have successfully installed new foul and storm water connections within the public highway to adoptable standard along with relevant reinstatement works.

New pedestrian crossings and footpath alterations complete along with resurfacing works to BCC standard.

We are moving into the final stages of works with internal hard landscaping and drainage works to be completed in the coming weeks in readiness to handover to our client.
