Phase Two Construction for Parc Developments Anchor Restaurant Re-generation Project, River Trent Gunthorpe

An unbelievable few weeks from our team at Gunthorpe on the Anchor & Tom Browns project.

The Cafe building now is full rebuilt, first fixed and ready for screed & plastering.

The field is levelled and the new miniature railway track is well underway.

The function barn is stripped, blasted, new subfloors and ready for building back up next week with first fix plumbing and electrical.

Drainage and ducting works underway in ready to start the finishing works over the coming weeks.

4 weeks on site with 5 weeks to go it’s all hands on deck ! We can’t wait to share the finished product and what an amazing venue this is going to be!
